We are looking for a dedicated Full-Stack PHP Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. At PeopleGrove, we have developed a cloud-based platform that empowers universities, nonprofits, and companies to facilitate impactful mentoring and networking programs. As a member of our small, collaborative engineering group, you will have the opportunity to work across our entire product stack, helping us build new features, refine our existing tools, and strengthen our technical operations. This position is open to engineers based in India who are eager to contribute to our mission of helping students succeed.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our product team to design and implement new features that enhance the overall user experience.
- Refine our current feature set and build better internal tools to streamline how we manage client implementations.
- Modernize our front-end architecture and improve our technical foundation, including the development of continuous integration pipelines.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about technology and eager to influence our engineering practices. You should have at least 2 years of experience developing consumer-facing web applications and a genuine interest in owning features from start to finish. Because our team is small, you will be involved in a wide variety of technical initiatives, so you should be comfortable wearing many hats. We value candidates who have a keen eye for design and a strong belief in our educational mission. While prior experience with our stack-which includes PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, React, and Kubernetes-is helpful, we prioritize skilled engineers who are ready to learn and grow with us.
