At GLS Netherlands we deliver millions of parcels every year from fifteen locations across the country, and we build most of the software that keeps our operations running smoothly. As a Full Stack .NET Developer you will help shape the digital tools that connect senders and receivers while working in an informal, ambitious team that values initiative and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Design, build and maintain end-to-end software solutions, including applications, APIs and portals that are visited hundreds of thousands of times each day.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and fellow IT colleagues to ensure the different systems integrate seamlessly and support the best possible customer experience.
- Contribute to an agile development process using modern tools and techniques, taking ownership from initial idea through to live operation and ongoing optimisation.
What you'll bring
- At least three years of hands-on experience as a developer, working at a professional HBO level, preferably with an IT-related qualification.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular, Azure, SQL, DevOps practices and Git.
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, together with the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Analytical thinking, creativity and a genuine interest in learning new technologies; Microsoft Professional certification is an advantage.
What you'll get
You will join a growing organisation that actively supports entrepreneurship, personal development and career progression. We offer an attractive package that includes a competitive salary based on your knowledge and experience, a training budget, company phone, laptop, collective pension scheme and the prospect of a permanent contract. GLS Netherlands operates under the Beroepsgoederenvervoer collective labour agreement and follows the ThinkResponsible programme to minimise environmental and social impact.
