We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. At Fieldwire, we are dedicated to transforming the 10 trillion dollar construction industry through our field management platform, which is currently used on over one million projects worldwide. Our web team is responsible for maintaining our top-rated web application, and we need a collaborative engineer who is passionate about building stable, high-impact features for our growing user base. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain both our internal and customer-facing web applications.
- Collaborate with our product team to create innovative features and integrate complex tools like our BIM viewer across the entire stack.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure our platform remains fast and responsive for our users.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a full stack capacity.
- Strong proficiency in writing clean, modular, and well-tested code.
- Experience with modern web development toolchains, specifically Angular and Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap and CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
- A background in building or maintaining complex, data-intensive single-page applications.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $170,000. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a corporate bonus of up to 20 percent. We also provide the flexibility of remote work to ensure you can do your best work in an environment that suits you.
