What is this role?

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is delivery-focused and eager to solve complex backend challenges while shaping our frontend architecture. You will play a vital role in pushing the boundaries of data visualization and delivering high-quality solutions to our users.

What will you do?

• Collaborate closely with product managers, research analysts, and fellow engineers to maintain and improve our entire suite of products.
• Write clean, production-ready Python code while building scalable and performant React applications.
• Ensure high software standards by implementing robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as supporting our frontend production environments.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in English and have at least two years of experience in full-stack development. We are looking for someone who combines strong Python fundamentals with a solid grasp of TypeScript.

Your technical background should include:

• Expertise in building and maintaining production-grade React applications.
• Proficiency with frontend testing frameworks like Testing Library or Playwright.
• Experience developing REST APIs and web servers using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• A strong interest in technical leadership and a desire to mentor junior engineers.

We also value experience with data pipelines, microservice architectures, and Extreme Programming practices like pair programming and test-driven development.
