We are currently looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer to join one of our key clients, a pioneering biotechnology firm that is revolutionizing medicine by decoding the adaptive immune system. By utilizing genomics, bioinformatics, and machine learning, this organization is changing how patients are diagnosed and treated, and you will play a vital role in building the scalable, secure applications that support their mission.

Key outcomes

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java and Scala.
• Execute feature enhancements and resolve technical issues across the entire software stack.
• Architect and implement backend services and controllers to support complex data flows.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases and perform advanced SQL operations.
• Develop and integrate seamless web services.
• Create intuitive user interfaces using JavaScript alongside Angular or React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end technical solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Java, Scala, and JavaScript.
• Practical, hands-on experience building frontend components with Angular or React.
• Deep proficiency in managing PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of web services development and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for debugging complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• This position is specifically open to candidates based in LATAM.
