Role at a glance

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment based in the Philippines. You will be a key player in our technical operations, helping us maintain and evolve our codebase to better serve our users.

Your impact

• Take ownership of the full software lifecycle, from researching and designing new programs to managing their implementation.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, business analysts, and fellow developers to build and deploy high-quality software tools.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in our existing systems and develop efficient modifications to keep our platform running at its best.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and business goals. We value candidates who manage their time effectively and bring a genuine passion for innovation.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency with Node.js, React, GraphQL, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks like Express or Redux.
• Solid database skills using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
• Fluency in English to ensure smooth collaboration across our team.
• Familiarity with AWS is considered a great bonus.
