The role

We are searching for a Full Stack Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work in a hybrid capacity based in the Philippines, where you will play a key role in evolving our technology stack and building a high-quality, scalable codebase.

Core responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement robust software programs while managing the full development lifecycle.
• Test and evaluate new functionalities to ensure they meet our high standards for performance and user experience.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems by identifying areas for improvement and developing effective modifications.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in software engineering and a desire to innovate. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, GraphQL, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks, such as Express or Redux.
• Experience working with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A working knowledge of AWS is considered a valuable plus.
