The opportunity
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our server-side logic, managing the data flow from thousands of edge devices into our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our AI applications to ensure they are performant and reliable, directly influencing the experience of our clients. This is a unique chance to contribute to a product that is actively changing how the service industry operates.
A day in the life
- You will build and maintain robust server-side logic and database schemas that support our core business processes and ensure high responsiveness for our edge devices.
- You will take ownership of our internal video labeling tool, using your JavaScript expertise to enhance its functionality and usability for our internal teams.
- You will bridge the gap between front-end interfaces and data streams from our computer vision systems, writing clean, testable, and efficient code to keep our systems integrated.
Who you are
You are a collaborative engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays curious about emerging technologies. To be successful in this role, you should have the following background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Backend Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- A solid understanding of Linux command-line utilities and version control using Git.
- Experience with user authentication, scalable application design, and automated testing platforms.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our global team.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS or Google Cloud Platform is considered a significant plus.
