Full Stack Engineer at Alloy

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. At Alloy, we help financial institutions and fintech companies manage identity risk, fraud, and compliance through our advanced decisioning platform. As part of our Build team, you will help shape the core logic of our platform, ensuring our clients have the tools they need to execute complex policies with ease.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy high-impact, customer-facing features using modern technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate our technical vision into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members and contribute to improving our internal systems and development processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS B2B software engineering, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, production-ready code.
• Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, along with practical experience in React.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full-stack projects, define technical requirements, and facilitate productive team discussions.
• A highly collaborative mindset and the flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced needs of a growing organization.

What we offer
