What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is hybrid, requiring you to work from our Warsaw office approximately two days per week. You will be instrumental in developing and optimizing our blockchain protocols. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Building high-performance blockchain applications using the Substrate framework.
• Maintaining and supporting our internal development tools and dashboards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in coding standards, scalability, and system performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, supported by at least five years of professional software engineering experience. You must have a solid grasp of blockchain technology, dApp development, and cryptography principles. We are looking for someone proficient in Node.js, Express, and database management, alongside front-end expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with backend systems and ETL pipelines is essential. We value candidates who possess a growth mindset, disciplined work habits, and exceptional written communication skills. While not required, experience with Rust, Solidity, and data visualization is a significant plus.
