About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help us build secure, high-throughput networking systems. We value code that is both correct and elegant, and we take pride in shipping products that are used and appreciated by a growing base of customers every day. You will work within a distributed yet close-knit team that maintains high standards and deep respect for both our colleagues and our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of our web and desktop interfaces using TypeScript and React.
• Develop and maintain highly concurrent, scalable, and high-performance distributed systems using Go.
• Work closely with our product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences while identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience building modern web applications and working with distributed systems in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in React or similar frameworks like Vue, Svelte, or Angular.
• Experience with Go or a similar systems language such as Rust, C, or C++.
• Familiarity with cross-platform development techniques, specifically using Electron.
• A strong product and design sensibility paired with a genuine love for writing code.
• A commitment to testing and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000, depending on experience, and includes an equity package. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and professional success:
