The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will take significant ownership of your projects while working alongside cross-functional partners to solve complex technical challenges. You will help us build a robust, inclusive engineering foundation, ensuring that our technical decisions balance speed with long-term stability. This is a chance to influence our technical direction and see your work directly aid our customers in their sustainability efforts.

A day in the life

• You will lead the development of impactful features, taking them from the initial concept phase all the way through to production.
• You will collaborate closely with our Product, Design, and Climate Strategy teams to brainstorm and shape effective technical solutions.
• You will participate in planning sessions where you will help define our engineering practices and influence the future of our platform.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who approaches technology with a mindful, caring attitude toward the customer. You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software in small, early-stage team environments, and you excel at translating business goals into well-architected systems. You are comfortable working across the entire stack, including React for the frontend and Go with Postgres for the backend. You are familiar with OpenAPI and have experience managing infrastructure through AWS and Terraform. Furthermore, you are an early adopter who experiments with AI tools to boost your productivity, and you possess a keen eye for design. You are fluent in English and ready to contribute to a mission-driven team.
