Full-Stack Engineer at Partoo

At Partoo, our technology department is a vibrant community of 75 professionals organized into dedicated Engineering and Product teams. We operate within a structure of four distinct Tribes and eleven Feature Teams, each focused on specific product areas like visibility, transactions, and core interactions. Our teams follow agile SCRUM methodologies with two-week sprints, ensuring that designers, product experts, and engineers collaborate seamlessly to deploy new features. Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain product features within a collaborative team, including designing new interfaces and building robust API architectures.
• Integrate third-party publisher APIs such as Google My Business and Facebook to expand our platform capabilities.
• Create scalable REST APIs and SDKs that allow our solutions to integrate smoothly with partner platforms.
• Lead internal technical projects that solve complex engineering challenges, such as refining our design system or establishing new testing standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement cycles to ensure our development processes remain efficient and effective.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with Python in a web-based environment, specifically using frameworks like Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Proven ability to work with front-end JavaScript frameworks, with a strong preference for React and Redux.
• High proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative coding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be working within a diverse, international team.
• A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to learn and grow alongside your peers.
