The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for a developer who thrives on solving complex system design challenges and is eager to make a significant impact on our architecture. You will be a key contributor to our technical strategy, helping us bridge the gap between product requirements and robust software solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will not only write high-quality code but also serve as a mentor to junior developers, ensuring that our technical standards remain high as we continue to grow.
A day in the life
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Write clean, efficient code across our full stack while conducting thorough code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge across the team.
- Design and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure our applications remain reliable and secure as they interact with various system components.
Who you are
You are a seasoned developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in full-stack web development. You possess a deep understanding of core computer science concepts and are comfortable working in a hybrid environment within the United States. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong experience with SQL for database management.
- Solid command of Git and modern version control workflows.
- A proven ability to mentor junior engineers and elevate the technical capabilities of your peers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
