Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Downtown Chicago, United States. You will play a vital role in scaling our platform and enhancing the experience for both our talent and our users.

Your impact

Improve and scale our core platform to ensure seamless connections between fans and talent.
Develop and maintain features across our website and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with our sales and data teams to build engaging, high-performance experiences.

What you'll need

At least 5 years of professional experience working with front-end JavaScript frameworks like React and Redux.
At least 5 years of professional experience in back-end development using Node.js and Express.
Proven ability to build and scale robust REST APIs.
Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
Proficiency in JavaScript testing tools such as Jest, Enzyme, or Appium.
A background in scaling websites or mobile apps to support millions of users.
Industry experience within the social media or video technology sectors.
A strong product sense, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building high-quality software.
Fluency in English.
