Role at a glance
We are searching for a Full Stack Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role that offers a hybrid work environment based in the Philippines. You will be instrumental in driving our technical projects forward while working alongside a talented group of developers and designers.
Your impact
- Research, design, and implement robust software programs while managing the full development lifecycle.
- Test and evaluate new functionalities to ensure our systems remain efficient and scalable.
- Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, and fellow engineers to maintain and upgrade our existing codebase.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in software development and a drive for innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, paired with at least 2 years of experience in building and maintaining web applications.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, GraphQL, and Python.
- Experience working with MVC frameworks like Redux and Express.
- Hands-on knowledge of database management using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AWS is considered a significant plus.
- Excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to your work.
