We are Arcade, and our mission is to help teams become exceptional storytellers by building dynamic visual experiences. With over 20,000 teams already using our platform to create engaging product stories, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team of former Atlassian, AngelList, and Shopify employees to help us build beautiful, intuitive products.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your projects, managing everything from initial deliverables to final timelines.
- Collaborate closely with our team to bring creative, product-minded ideas to life.
- Develop and maintain high-quality features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Manage backend infrastructure and services through GCP, including Firestore, Cloud Functions, and PubSub.
- Partner with cross-functional team members to iterate and ship features at a high velocity.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack engineering.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven expertise in optimizing and scaling applications for high performance.
- Strong technical proficiency with both relational and object databases.
- Fluency in English and a desire to thrive in a highly autonomous, low-ego environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with browser extensions or Swift development.
- Background in experimentation and security practices.
- Specialized knowledge in performance engineering.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $280,000, supplemented by meaningful equity.
