What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the Philippines where you will play a critical part in shaping our platform. You will be responsible for making significant technical decisions and building the features that our merchants rely on every day.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs, services, and systems across our entire platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business leads to build and launch new products, payment methods, and checkout experiences.
- Uphold our high engineering standards by debugging production issues, providing constructive feedback to peers, and ensuring consistency across our codebases.

You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys taking on a generalist approach to problem-solving. To succeed here, you should have a strong command of English and the following technical qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails is required, while familiarity with Golang is considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript and React.
- Solid experience working with PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and AWS infrastructure.
- A track record of maintaining high quality through RSpec testing and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- The ability to break down complex problems and communicate technical decisions clearly through documentation and collaboration.
