At Simulmedia, we are building a brand new CTV self-service platform from the ground up using a product-led growth approach. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Freemium Insights team. You will play a vital role in developing advanced analytics and insights capabilities, working closely with our product managers, designers, and data engineers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end features. This position is based in Ukraine, with team members located in Kyiv and Lviv. We operate under a hybrid work model, primarily working remotely with occasional team meetings held at our Lviv office.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement intuitive analytics dashboards that provide our users with actionable data to improve their campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive frontend and backend services using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Build scalable and robust APIs with tRPC to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Create performance-optimized analytics displays by leveraging server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Collaborate with design teams to craft responsive, visually appealing user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
- Manage deployments and infrastructure using Vercel, utilizing serverless functions to ensure high availability.
- Maintain high code quality through active participation in code reviews, pair programming, and the implementation of thorough unit and end-to-end testing.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack development, specifically within data-driven web applications.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and the broader React ecosystem, including functional components and server components.
- Proven ability to build data visualization tools using libraries like D3.js.
- Strong proficiency in backend development with Node.js and tRPC, including API design and security best practices.
- Experience with serverless architectures, edge computing, and Git for version control.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams during our required working hours of 11 am to 8 pm EEST.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with CTV platforms, digital advertising, or media analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, web accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques.
