The opportunity
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you will help maintain and evolve the technology platform that powers our modern clinics. By bridging the gap between innovative software and patient care, you will play a vital part in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Colombia, offering you the chance to contribute to a mission-driven company that values both technical excellence and human impact.
A day in the life
- You will implement automated workflows designed to streamline claim submissions and lower operational costs.
- You will contribute to the development of web applications that manage our billing operations and configuration settings.
- You will build and refine tools for healthcare data exchange, including systems for labs, prescriptions, and imaging.
Who you are
You are a mid-level engineer who is comfortable working across the full stack. You have a strong background in product development and are eager to apply your skills to improve healthcare outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in full-stack product development.
- Proficiency in React Native or React, along with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with at least one strictly-typed, high-level programming language such as Java, Scala, Kotlin, Go, C#, or C++.
- Strong communication skills in English.
