Are you ready to build meaningful technology that transforms how people interact with complex legal and building codes? We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a foundational member, you will help us bridge the gap between dense regulatory information and user-friendly digital experiences through innovative engineering.
What you bring
In this remote role, you will take ownership of features from start to finish, working across our entire web product. You will be expected to dive deep into everything from API design and backend architecture to frontend polish and data engineering. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing robust features using our core stack, which includes Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
- Building and maintaining data-heavy systems using PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Developing advanced features that leverage LLMs to improve how users navigate, annotate, and track changes in legal and building regulations.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who brings at least three years of experience in building web products. You should be comfortable working across the stack and have a knack for writing clean, maintainable code even when tackling difficult technical challenges. A strong sense of UX and a solid grasp of systems design are essential for this position. We value candidates who are eager to learn new technologies quickly and who are genuinely enjoyable to collaborate with. Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively within our team.
