• Collaborate with our engineering team to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Work alongside our design and growth departments to create scalable, innovative solutions for the platform.
• Develop and maintain core features that improve the overall functionality of our system.
• Identify creative ways to enhance the user experience and the usability of our platform.
• Manage, maintain, and scale our current technology stack.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for the code you write and the products you build.

Requirements

• You possess at least 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• You have 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience working with React, Ruby or Python, TypeScript, and AWS.
• You have a strong desire to ship code frequently and iterate quickly.
• You maintain a customer-first mindset and are dedicated to providing the best possible user experience.
• You hold yourself to high standards and are always looking for ways to improve the status quo.
• You are self-motivated, passionate about business growth, and thrive in environments that require constant adaptation.
• You are fluent in English.
