About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Team Web on a full-time basis. This role is central to our brand, as you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Intercom.com. You will sit at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and design, ensuring our website remains a high-performing, user-friendly, and accessible centerpiece for our global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build complex front-end solutions that are both scalable and optimized for performance across all devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including designers and product managers, to translate prototypes into high-quality, functional code.
• Manage full-stack tasks by writing backend software when necessary to ensure you can unblock your own projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in front-end or full stack development with deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Advanced proficiency using modern frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards, responsive design, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows, A/B testing, and writing automated tests for front-end components.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

This position is available in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
