What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer (Growth) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal role where you will help craft the future of mental health by creating frictionless experiences that build trust with our clients. You will work alongside a team of pioneers, ensuring that our growth systems are robust, scalable, and highly effective.

What will you do?

• Ensure Stability: You will develop high-quality testing, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure to keep our core acquisition and activation funnels running with 99.9% uptime.
• Drive Velocity: You will enhance our experimentation speed by deploying new tools across our marketing channels and sales funnel.
• Execute Strategy: You will accelerate the pace of high-impact experiments across our product, growth, and engineering departments.
