Our tools are trusted by industry giants like TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest, and our mission is to help creators and marketers collaborate seamlessly to drive real growth and authentic engagement. We are looking for passionate people to join us as we empower the world to turn their creativity into a career.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Canada. You will be a key contributor to our technical strategy, helping us design and maintain high-performance software that supports our evolving Social Revenue Platform.
What will you do?
- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex business needs into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
- Write clean, testable code across both modular monolithic and micro-services architectures while maintaining high standards for performance.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including troubleshooting existing applications and deploying updates through our CI/CD pipelines.
What makes you a great fit?
We value candidates who bring both technical depth and a collaborative spirit. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in modern web development and a desire to solve challenging engineering problems.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer and 2 years of experience working with distributed web applications.
- You are highly proficient in TypeScript, and experience with Kotlin, Java, or Python is a significant plus.
- You have hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.
- Familiarity with AWS, Elasticsearch, and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB will help you hit the ground running.
- You possess a solid understanding of functional and object-oriented programming principles, along with a grasp of algorithmic complexity.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $103,000 CAD. Beyond your base pay, we are committed to supporting your professional growth and personal well-being through a variety of benefits.
- Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
- Access to comprehensive learning and development programs to help you advance your career.
- A supportive culture that values inclusivity and provides resources for you and your family.
