The role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere, provided you are authorized to work from your home location. You will play a vital role in our engineering department, working across our entire stack to build and maintain the web-based tools that our clients rely on every day.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features for our front-end customer dashboard and our public-facing management API.
• Work closely with fellow developers to execute complex features and ensure we meet our project deadlines.
• Engage with product leaders, designers, and fellow engineers to clearly communicate technical changes and manage project expectations.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in modern web development and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:

• Two to three years of professional experience using JavaScript or TypeScript in a front-end or full-stack capacity.
• Proficiency with at least one back-end framework, such as Express, NestJS, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end library or framework, with a preference for React, though Angular, Vue, or Svelte are also highly valued.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an asynchronous, remote work environment.
• A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality code.

While not required, familiarity with PostgreSQL, cloud services like AWS or Vercel, and a degree in Computer Science or a related field are considered significant assets.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive cash compensation range of $100,000 to $160,000. This range is benchmarked against similar growth-stage companies and is provided to ensure transparency for all candidates regardless of location.
