Our flagship product, Hovermap, is a smart mobile scanning unit that uses advanced collision avoidance and autonomous flight to map hazardous, GPS-denied environments. We are a Great Place to Work certified organization, and we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Australia on a full-time, on-site basis to help build the next generation of our cloud computing workflows.
Key outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable code across our entire stack.
- Develop new APIs and user interfaces utilizing TypeScript and React.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive customer experiences.
- Enhance our architecture and tooling to automate and accelerate software delivery.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect complex end-to-end system solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead code reviews to ensure we maintain high development standards.
- Create technical documentation for significant new features.
- Partner with product managers to scope work and contribute to product requirements.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, including a deep understanding of their ecosystems.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development with a portfolio of successful project deliveries.
- Demonstrated experience working with AWS, serverless technologies, and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Python and C++.
- Understanding of geospatial concepts and data formats.
- Experience architecting or working with distributed systems.
- Background in building processing workflows and tools.
- Experience with UI test frameworks.
- Knowledge of identity and access control standards.
