What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our IT team in our Detroit office. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will play a vital part in improving our internal infrastructure and business systems. You will be expected to leverage your experience in corporate IT environments to drive efficiency and innovation across our platforms.

• Develop and maintain internal SharePoint pages, business applications, and key metric dashboards.
• Support the company Intranet and manage complex system integrations using technologies like C#, Java, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Provide essential end-user support and training to ensure our staff can effectively utilize our suite of business systems.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. We require at least five years of professional experience in both software development and business system support. You must be proficient in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML/CSS, and Microsoft SQL, and you should be comfortable working within Agile Scrum methodologies. Beyond your technical hard skills, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who communicates clearly, stays organized, and maintains a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. Proficiency in English is required to ensure seamless collaboration with our teams.
