Thena is looking for a Full-Stack Developer
We are Thena, a seed-stage startup dedicated to transforming B2B customer support through advanced AI solutions. Since our founding in 2022, we have been backed by investors like First Round Capital and Lightspeed VP. Our platform helps innovative companies like Vercel, Mixpanel, and Etsy improve their customer-facing operations by integrating AI with real-time messaging tools such as Slack. We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Build and support web applications by leveraging NestJS for the backend and Next.js for the frontend.
- Work closely with our engineering team to architect and launch new product features.
- Ensure our codebase remains clean, scalable, and highly efficient while proactively addressing bugs and technical challenges.
Requirements
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- You possess deep technical proficiency in NestJS and Next.js.
- You are highly skilled in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid grasp of modern development frameworks.
- You have practical experience working with RESTful APIs and managing databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you can balance independent tasks with team collaboration.
- You are available to work from our Bangalore office five days a week.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and B2B software is considered a significant advantage.
