What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Chișinău, Moldova. This is a full-time, on-site position. While we are currently building our talent pool, we invite experienced engineers to connect with us so we can reach out as soon as new opportunities become available.
What will you do?
- Develop and scale our web products using a modern technology stack that includes React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, AWS, and SQL.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure we are delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Balance your time between hands-on coding, which accounts for 75% of your daily work, and engaging in team collaboration or technical strategy sessions.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in web development, specifically with React and Ruby on Rails. We value candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or have equivalent professional experience. Because we work in a global environment, you must have strong English communication skills, ideally at a B2 level or higher.
