Full Stack Developer at ShortPoint

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join our expanding team. What you'll be doing

• You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Fastify while ensuring our APIs remain robust and versioned.
• You will build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces with React and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features.
• You will take an active role in SRE practices, including monitoring and incident response, while helping to manage our CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on platforms like AWS and Digital Ocean.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in full stack development with a particular focus on backend architecture. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Node.js, Fastify, and React.
• A solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Experience with SRE principles, CI/CD tools, and general data engineering concepts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Python, NestJS, or advanced frontend implementation.
