Since 2021, our team has been at the forefront of the onchain gaming space, successfully shipping mini-games to thousands of users. We are now preparing to launch our first major title, Duper, which is a high-stakes, cross-genre social strategy game. Our studio is composed of veterans from iconic titles like Halo and Genshin Impact, and we are backed by over 8 million dollars in funding from leading investors to help us scale our vision to millions of players worldwide.

The role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Crypto Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is ready to take ownership of a significant portion of our product platform. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a team of highly talented engineers to build the next generation of fan-powered, incentive-aligned gaming ecosystems.

Core responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Duper game platform, bridging the gap between our web interface and onchain components.
• Develop high-quality user interfaces, robust backend systems, data pipelines, and indexers to ensure a seamless and scalable experience for our players.
• Operate with a high degree of agency and a scrappy mindset, doing whatever is necessary to drive our product forward and solve complex challenges.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in full-stack development and a deep interest in the crypto ecosystem. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience or deep technical knowledge in full-stack development, specifically using React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Proven ability to design scalable, robust APIs using tools like Redis, Kafka, and AWS.
• Familiarity with the crypto development stack, including Solidity, Foundry, and wagmi.
• A genuine passion for crypto, including a solid understanding of current infrastructure trends, scaling solutions, and the latest industry narratives.
