The role
We are looking for a Senior Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position located in the United States, designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in our growth by managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing professionals with our diverse client base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing consistent communication and expert career guidance to every candidate you support.
- Collaborate closely with your teammates to develop effective strategies that meet our weekly business growth objectives.

Compensation and benefits
