At NexHealth, we are on a mission to modernize the healthcare experience by connecting patients, doctors, and developers. While the rest of the world enjoys seamless digital services, the healthcare industry remains stuck in an analog age, and we are working to change that by automating health record integrations. We have achieved significant milestones, including a $125M Series C at a $1B valuation, and we currently manage over 75 million patient records. As we continue to see over 80% annual revenue growth, we are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States to help us scale our workforce for the future.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and build a scalable strategy for our rapid growth.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates and building a robust pipeline to closing top-tier talent.
- Ensure a high-quality, white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting with a proven ability to maintain a consistent pipeline.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.
- Strong organizational and calendar management skills, with an emphasis on meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
