As a Frontend Tech Lead, you'll be at the forefront of guiding developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring technical excellence and high code quality standards. Your day to day will include:
Guiding the JavaScript engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, while setting technical direction and upholding code quality standardsCollaborating with the Solution Architect to define and evolve system architecture for enhanced scalability, performance, and securityActively engaging in coding, code review, and the enforcement of best practicesMentoring and coaching team members to promote continuous learning and growthEfficiently managing tasks and providing technical insights to ensure on-time and on-scope project deliveryMaintaining consistent communication with the Project Manager to ensure alignment and shared objectivesStaying up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies, frameworks, and tools, and introducing relevant technologies to enhance development processesWhat makes you thrive here:
5+ years of experience in JavaScript programming. We currently utilize Angular, React and Typescript in our projects.
