About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this leadership position, you will guide our developers through the entire software lifecycle, from initial design to final maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining high technical standards, mentoring your colleagues, and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within scope. If you are passionate about the latest JavaScript technologies and want to drive impactful development, we would love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our JavaScript engineers in designing and building software applications while setting the technical direction and enforcing high code quality.
- Collaborate closely with our Solution Architect to evolve our system architecture, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth while actively contributing to code reviews and hands-on development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and mindset:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in JavaScript programming, specifically with Angular and React, with a strong preference for candidates focused on Angular.
- A solid understanding of reactive programming, including practical experience with RxJS and Signals.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright.
- An interest in server-side development using Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with or a strong willingness to integrate AI tools into your daily development workflow.
- Intermediate proficiency in English to collaborate effectively within our international team.
Location
This position is based in Hungary and operates on a hybrid work model.
