We are looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Solution Engineer to join our engineering team. Whether you prefer working from our office in Porto or remotely from anywhere in Portugal, you will play a vital role in crafting intuitive web applications and interfaces. You will collaborate directly with our design and development teams to bridge the gap between aesthetic vision and technical functionality, ensuring our digital products are both beautiful and robust.
Key outcomes
- Develop and enhance components for our clients' expanding content management systems.
- Collaborate within an agile scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within large-scale existing systems.
- Contribute to team growth by proposing process and technical improvements during retrospectives.
- Demonstrate your progress and technical achievements to stakeholders during regular project reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience working in frontend engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience focused on component-based development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain reusable design systems.
- Strong technical proficiency in core web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Practical experience working with TypeScript.
- Excellent command of the English language, both in written and spoken forms.
- A willingness to travel occasionally for internal workshops, company events, or client meetings.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building with Web Components and LIT.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Background in the finance or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficiency in the German language.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and a passion for creating inclusive digital experiences.
