At our core, we are driven by the mission to revolutionize how businesses approach complex data through our Enterprise Pricing Platform and Profit Analyzer. We believe that by building intuitive and powerful frontend experiences, we can turn intricate business needs into actionable insights. We are looking for people who are passionate about innovation and want to help us maintain and elevate these critical platforms while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
The role
We are searching for a Mid-Level Frontend Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our user interfaces. You will work within a cross-functional team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and contributing fresh ideas to our existing product ecosystem.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into effective technical plans.
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code while actively participating in code reviews to ensure high quality across the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability for our enterprise users.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in software development and a commitment to building high-performance applications. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in complex frontend development.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
- Deep knowledge of CSS, SASS, and SCSS.
- Experience working on large-scale products and integrating ReactJS into existing codebases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Java, jQuery, or managing CI/CD pipelines.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in empowering our team members through autonomy and professional growth. Our benefits package includes:
- Professional development support, including an O'Reilly Learning subscription and a dedicated learning budget.
- Flexible working hours and a culture that prioritizes individual responsibility over micromanagement.
- A generous time-off policy, including 25 days of paid vacation, 4 quarterly recharge days, 3 sick days, and 2 days for charity work.
- Comprehensive perks such as a monthly benefits allowance, meal contributions, and a MultiSport card.
- Access to high-end hardware, including your choice of a Dell or Mac laptop and a modern smartphone for both work and personal use.
- Regular team engagement through company retreats, tech talks, tournaments, and international travel opportunities.
- A comfortable, modern office environment in Prague, Hradec Kralove, or Ostrava.
How to apply
If you are ready to tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to a mission-driven team, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application, and let us know how your experience with TypeScript and ReactJS can help us push the boundaries of our enterprise platforms.
