At Treasury Prime, we are driving the future of digital payments by building advanced API technology that bridges the gap between fintech companies, small businesses, and community banks. Our mission is to help our partners deliver innovative financial products by replacing outdated mainframe systems with modern, efficient software. We are a high-growth team of about 45 people, recognized as the Best Banking Service Company by Tearsheet in 2021, and backed by prominent investors like Y Combinator and QED Investors. We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity to help shape the user experience for our banking and fintech clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the web interfaces that our customers rely on to manage their financial operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across various layers of our technology stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features while continuously improving our internal engineering standards and tooling.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in shipping high-quality software products.
- Strong proficiency in building web frontends using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Ember, or Angular.
- Experience using Figma to develop design systems and prototype new product concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment and a commitment to building excellent products.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary range for this role. In the United States, the compensation is $150,000 to $180,000 USD, and for candidates in Canada, the range is $112,500 to $135,000 USD. Additionally, we offer the flexibility of a hybrid work environment to support our team members.
