We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. At SAP LeanIX, our cross-functional engineering teams focus on developing secure, scalable microservices and APIs that power our product domains. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our Tornado team, where we prioritize delivering an exceptional user experience while managing massive datasets. We operate in a hybrid environment based in Bonn, Germany, and we believe in empowering our engineers to take full ownership of the features and technical components they build.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality user interfaces using Angular within a micro frontend architecture.
- Maintain and evolve our existing reporting capabilities while continuously improving our frontend codebase and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate within a Scrum framework to solve complex engineering challenges and drive product initiatives that provide real value to our customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering, or a Master’s degree in a related technical field.
- Proficiency with Angular or a strong willingness to master it quickly if you have experience with similar modern web frameworks.
- Familiarity with the broader stack we utilize, including TypeScript, NgRX, Jest, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, and GraphQL.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for shipping code frequently and taking ownership of your work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
