We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our global engineering team and help us build high-quality, scalable software for our customers and internal users. Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the development of the Megaport Portal and other key customer-facing and internal web applications.
- Build and maintain features using a modern stack including Vue 3, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind.
- Design and improve software architectures and development processes to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into reactive, scalable technical solutions.
- Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Playwright and Vitest.
- Apply design principles and best practices to maintain a clean, high-quality codebase.
Must-haves
- Proven experience building high-performance software using Vue, Nuxt, or similar frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong grasp of W3C standards, including semantic HTML5, CSS, web accessibility, and JavaScript Web APIs.
- Demonstrable experience integrating and consuming web services.
- Ability to develop responsive web applications that function seamlessly across multiple devices.
- An agile mindset with a commitment to transparent, collaborative, and respectful teamwork.
- Professional proficiency in English.
