The role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the interface that connects our users to our platform. We value engineers who are passionate about solving complex problems, from managing massive datasets to creating intuitive user experiences. While we utilize a tech stack that includes React.js, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis, we do not require you to have prior experience with these specific technologies to apply. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of critical product features and help us continue to scale.

Core responsibilities

• Design and build new, high-impact user experiences and interfaces that empower our customers to engage with their prospects effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, design, and backend teams to enhance usability and solve complex technical challenges.
• Ship new features on a weekly basis, iterating rapidly on prototypes to ensure we are delivering the best product on the market.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in frontend development and a passion for building scalable, high-quality interfaces. We value the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining complex, large-scale user interfaces.
