Frontend Software Engineer at Intrinsic

Key outcomes

• Collaborate closely with our design, product, and engineering teams to create innovative and intuitive user interfaces.
• Take full ownership of critical web UIs and individual workflows that are essential to our product offerings.
• Maintain and enhance the health of our frontend code by focusing on performance and robustness.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure and backend logic required for our frontend, which includes handling server-side functionality and client-side state management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in frontend web engineering, with strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Extensive background in full-stack development, including experience with server-side languages such as Go, C++, or Java.
• Proven ability to build visually rich web applications that support complex user interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working alongside product and design teams to iterate on user experiences.
• A strong grasp of designing scalable web applications, including the ability to analyze and optimize service and page performance.
• Understanding of how to maintain interface cohesion across varying hardware, screen sizes, and network conditions.
• Background in creating tools, dashboards, and interfaces specifically for developers.
• Experience in developing and maintaining high-quality, accessible systems of reusable frontend components.
