Following our 2022 Series A funding round led by Tiger Global and MSD Capital, we are growing rapidly and looking for a visionary leader to join our team in Austin.
What you'll be doing
- You will mentor, manage, and grow a team of talented front-end developers while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- You will oversee the architecture of our front-end systems to ensure they remain scalable, secure, and maintainable, while also contributing directly to the codebase for 20% to 40% of your time.
- You will partner with product managers and designers to define project requirements, manage timelines, and optimize our development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in front-end development and a passion for leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience as a developer and 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks, specifically React and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Vuex.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- A deep understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
