The role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based out of our Brisbane head office, where you will spend two days in the office and three days working from home. You will join a high-performing squad, collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to craft intuitive and beautiful user experiences that power our platform.

Core responsibilities

• Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable interfaces using React and TypeScript to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate across product squads to solve complex technical challenges and innovate on new features for our trading and onboarding domains.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship by conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback to your peers.

Skills and experience

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in fast-paced technical environments, preferably within the fintech or financial services sectors. We value candidates who possess the following:

• Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management and familiarity with React Native.
• A proven track record of identifying and resolving customer-facing issues efficiently.
• Expertise in automated testing and unit testing to ensure our platform remains robust and reliable.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact for our users.
