The role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, and we are open to candidates working from anywhere. You will be joining a team that values both the technical integrity of our platform and the small, whimsical details that make our products truly stand out to our users.

Core responsibilities

• Take ownership of our front-end web platform and the associated CMS, ensuring it remains fast, accessible, and visually stunning.
• Develop and refine the demo experience for potential customers, allowing them to see exactly how our tools can support their business goals.
• Partner closely with our design team to implement unique UI elements and experiential projects that bring joy to our users and help our brand grow.

Skills and experience

• You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• You possess strong proficiency with React and TypeScript, along with a deep understanding of web platform fundamentals.
• You have a proven track record of working on content-heavy websites that utilize a CMS.
• You are a collaborative communicator who can balance technical tradeoffs while keeping the user experience at the heart of every decision.
• You enjoy pushing the boundaries of technology to build something genuinely interesting and impactful.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are benchmarked against the fintech and SaaS industries to ensure they remain fair and competitive. Our target base salary ranges for this position are as follows:

• For employees in the United States: $140,800 to $158,400 USD.
• For employees in Canada: CAD $133,100 to CAD $149,700.

In addition to your salary, you will receive equity compensation, and you will have the flexibility of working in a remote or hybrid environment.
