What you bring

We are searching for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our established and robust team in Madrid on a full-time, on-site basis. You will play a key role in our latest venture: developing a Process Copilot that leverages artificial intelligence to help users master our platform. In this role, you will work within a collaborative environment, contributing to our shared monorepo and coordinating with backend squads located in Frankfurt and New York to integrate powerful LLM-driven APIs.

• Create highly performant, scalable components while enhancing our existing widgets.
• Drive performance optimization to ensure our applications handle large volumes of data smoothly.
• Actively participate in product discussions to influence our roadmap and overall user experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have over five years of experience in frontend development and a deep technical foundation in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and profiling techniques. You should be comfortable writing clean, testable code and have experience setting up CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in English is required for our global collaboration, and while not mandatory, an engineering academic background is highly desirable. We look for team players who are humble, eager to learn from others, and passionate about crafting user-centric web applications.
