Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a developer who thrives in an autonomous environment and prefers clean, maintainable code over complex, trendy frameworks. You will be working within our distributed team to build and refine the products that power our ecosystem.

Your impact

• Develop and maintain impactful features that are used by millions of donors and nonprofit staff members.
• Champion clean code and rigorous testing, ensuring our software remains usable and efficient for the long term.
• Collaborate across teams to translate product requirements into elegant, simple technical solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience working with vanilla Javascript.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in writing clean, responsive HTML, SCSS, and CSS.
• A solid grasp of Postgres and SQL at an intermediate level.
• Excellent English communication skills to thrive in our async, distributed culture.
• A preference for simplicity and the ability to work independently without needing constant guidance.
