Role at a glance

This is a full-time, hybrid position open to candidates anywhere. As a lead on our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving technical decisions and influencing our product direction. We are looking for an experienced engineer who is ready to take ownership of our frontend architecture while helping us scale our impact across agriculture and beyond.

Your impact

• Own the delivery of beautiful, performant product experiences across our web and mobile platforms.
• Teach your teammates best practices in componentization, performance, and modern frontend development.
• Improve our existing component APIs and development velocity to ensure we can build faster and more reliably.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with significant experience delivering high-quality web applications to production environments. You should be comfortable solving ambiguous problems with elegant technical solutions and be excited about the intersection of sustainability and finance. We value candidates who possess the following:

• Advanced engineering skills with fluency in data structures and asynchronous programming.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud, Firestore, and data tools like BigQuery.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
