We are a well-funded tech scaleup operating across Europe and Asia with a clear mission to make the world more productive and fair. By focusing on real estate, we are working to make high-value assets more transparent and accessible to everyone, which helps address wealth inequality. Our team of 85 professionals, many of whom joined us from companies like Google and Meta, manages over £1.5 billion in assets annually for more than 30,000 users. We operate with a set of core values that prioritize excellence, direct feedback, and a healthy ego, and we would love for you to join us in our London office as a Frontend Engineer.
What you'll be doing
- You will take ownership of our user-facing web frontend codebase, which is currently built using React and Redux.
- You will manage our internal web applications, design clear technical documentation, and build reusable libraries for our future projects.
- You will work closely with our backend engineers to bridge the gap between user-facing interfaces and our server-side logic.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of the following:
- Proficiency with ES6, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- A solid understanding of unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
- A challenger mindset, as we are always looking to improve our efficiency and adopt better patterns.
- An ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and concisely.
What you'll get
We are committed to supporting your growth and well-being while you help us disrupt asset ownership. Your benefits package includes:
- Stock options to give you a stake in our collective success.
- Visa sponsorship for those who need it.
- Hybrid work arrangements to provide flexibility in your schedule.
- Opportunities for professional development, including support for conferences and learning.
- Access to daily free breakfast and a gym membership when working from our London office.
