We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. At Ntropy, our mission is to make large language models viable for real-world applications by developing domain-specific wrappers that drastically reduce costs and latency. We have already successfully launched tools for the financial sector to extract information from bank transactions with super-human accuracy, and we are now expanding our reach to other domains. As a team of about 20 people, we value radical honesty, a lack of over-engineering, and a collaborative spirit as we scale our impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain vertical analytics products by working across both our frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate in rapid cycles with our customers to transform new product concepts into high-quality user experiences.
- Partner closely with our platform and machine learning engineers to build the intelligence layers that power our core products.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned engineer who is comfortable navigating complex technical challenges. While we value a diverse range of experiences, you will be most successful if you possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in JavaScript and Python.
- Proven experience working with React and TypeScript stacks.
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental software design principles.
- Familiarity with industry-standard databases like Postgres and Redis.
- Experience with data visualization tools and an interest in machine learning concepts.
- A track record of open-source contributions is considered a significant plus.
